Citizens from EU countries do not need a visa to enter Germany.
Participants from Non-EU countries
Citizens from non-EU countries may be required to apply for a visa. Please check here, whether you need a visa.
If you are required to apply for a visa, please follow these steps:
- Register to CAiSE2017.
- Pay the registration fees.
- Check with the German embassy in your country, if you need a letter of invitation. If you need a letter of invitation, please contact the CAiSE team as soon as possible.
- After receiving your registration fees, the CAiSE team will send you the (signed and printed) letter of invitation.
- Submit your visa application to the German embassy in your country.
